clearly an error it has happened before but not amounts so large. I’m sure they will correct but it’s not ideal and hassle business don’t need

I am in the same boat, had the same response that they're looking into it. Bare in mind it says it'll be resolved in 72 hours I was told via email that it would be 14 days.

Not ideal if they decide something isn't correct and then I have to wait a further 14 days to verify that information.

Research "virtual bundles" as they may achieve what you want however keep in mind that Amazon will charge you FBA fees for each unit, not for each bundle. Not an ideal solution.

Sending them in prepacked in whatever pack size you want is the answer, as @Seller_zDUw7ekrB6OEysaid.

Normally that message comes up if you have left the shipment for a bit (like over 24h) and the cookie expired. So if you refresh the page, it will lose your progress. We will take a screen shoot of the progress before refreshing the page, then put everthing back.

It is not ideal but works if you got a big shipment.

Thanks for posting this! I wouldn't have expected it otherwise until I got an order I couldn't deliver on time.

I'm seeing the same issue with Royal Mail Tracked 24 as my Standard Shipping, SSA-enabled option - just to confirm that it's not the One Day/Two Day Premium Shipping overriding this. Easter Monday was also showing as a delivery day.

I changed my handling time as the quickest way to (over)compensate, but it's not ideal.

Handmade Reclassification - Brand Error Message

I'm in the UK and I primarily sell lampshades. My handmade items have been reclassed from GUILD_HOME and I am trying to correct the classifications. I have 284 listings of which I have managed to change 120 successfully. The remainder that I am struggling with relates to the Brand Name. Once upon a time, Amazon allowed Handmade to set up their own brand in brand registry, regardless if you had a trademark or Ltd Co. I created my own brand and listed a load of products under the brand. Since then, Amazon has tightened the rules of brand registry and have rejected my brand, which is fine as I am a sole trader and haven't applied for a trademark. However, when I try to reclass the existing products which were listed under the "brand name", it is coming back with an error that I have to register the brand, (there is no point in registering as it will be rejected). The ideal solution is for the brand name to be unlocked on the listing so that I can change it Generic. Support is not helping me, only suggesting that I delete the listing and recreate it, which is not ideal as I will lose ranking, sales data etc. Can someone help or know how I go about solving this?

I can't give you anymore than what the message you've received.

If you've said anything close to asking a customer for their email, phone number or directly asked them to give you positive feedback or asked them to change a review then that's what has flagged it.

Amazon's automated system has likely picked up something you've said, it's not ideal in the slightest but I'd just recommend avoiding saying anything remotely close to what they're suggesting you have done.
