Hello UK Sellers,

With Prime Day approaching, having your EU store cash flow ready to reinvest gives you a real edge on inventory planning. Amazon Seller Wallet, built for cross-currency sellers like you, helps you manage your earnings from Amazon's EU stores (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium) — giving you full control over when and how your EUR proceeds convert to GBP. It is built directly into Seller Central, with no setup fees or minimum balance required.

Get your cash flow moving before Prime Day

Here is how Seller Wallet helps UK sellers keep EU store proceeds ready when it matters most:

  • Convert EUR to GBP — Transfer your EU store proceeds to your GBP bank account at competitive exchange rates.
  • Scheduled EUR to GBP transfers — Set up automatic weekly or bi-weekly transfers to your GBP bank account. Your EU store proceeds arrive on your schedule, ready to reinvest in inventory ahead of Prime Day.
  • Lock in your exchange rate — View and lock in your EUR to GBP rate before every one-time transfer. No markups, no surprises — plan your inventory spend with confidence.
  • All EU store funds in one view — Manage proceeds from all seven EU stores in one Seller Wallet view, with a clear picture of your available cash.
  • Pay suppliers and VAT authorities at no cost — Send EUR payments to EU suppliers or VAT authorities directly from your Seller Wallet balance with zero transfer fees.

Getting started is simple:

  1. Go to Payments under the Seller Central homepage navigation
  2. Click Seller Wallet, then Enroll Now
  3. Confirm your stores and input the one-time passcode sent to your phone
  4. You will receive an email confirmation when your account is ready (typically within two hours)

If you are using the new Seller Central, go to the search bar at the top and search for "Seller Wallet" to navigate to the enrollment page.*

Had a good few years on amazon but sales have now completely collapsed. Nothing changed and simply dont know why the sudden loss in sales. So we are closing the shop and solely replying on our own website. Has anyone else closed their amazon store and gone solo with their own website? We are sick of the continuous jumping through hoops, customers fraudulently making claims, bad service by royal mail, and the DD+7 payment disbursements. Its simply not worth selling on here. Cost of advertising is through the roof as are the fees. Anyone else gone through similar?

brand ungate for my shop
by Seller_KNsAlNj0BBiuN
Amazon replied

Hi All - I'm having a hard time getting a response to an ungate appeal. Originally the response was set for 17th February but I still haven't had a response on the case.

Anyone else experience this? Any idea how long it'll take for them to get back to me?

How do I find my storefront shop page URL?
by Seller_tRuvBEHDedp4q
Amazon replied

I want to put my amazon storefront URL onto some promotion material -but have hit a brick wall with regards finding out what it is.

I thought it was amazon.co.uk/shops/ABC

(obviously ABC being my user display name) - but this does not work. I get a page that says the web address is not a functioning page on the site.

So I googled the question and was told I could get it from Settings-Account Info-Business Information

But no - there is no store URL I can see under any of the options.

So I tried Settings-Account Info-Store Info

This has a link for 'Your Seller Profile' - and clicking that just shows me all the country sites I am able to sell on (I only sell on the UK site)

Another googled method told me to :

Navigate to one of your active product listings on the Amazon website. Find the "Sold by" section under the buy box. Click on your Seller Name. On the next page, click the link that says "[Your Seller Name] Storefront"

But there is no [Your Seller Name] Storefront link

There is, however, a sequence of tabs one of which is 'Products' so I click that thinking it will take me to a list of my products which is does but the URL is (well I want to include the link but get told off for using offensive language trying to post with a link even though it is an Amazon web address but it is something like amazon/s?me=A1B3RD1FRZK8FD&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P

Which again is hopeless for me to use in promotion material

I just want a simple URL I can put on promotion/advertising material to direct customers to my amazon store but everything I try leads me nowhere. It cannot be this hard for me to give customers a link so they can go straight to my products/store on Amazon surely?

Are Amazon Ads Becoming Too Expensive to Be Worth It?
by Seller_uP1hiOIe2PE3u
Amazon replied

Hey fellow sellers,

I’ve noticed my ACoS has been creeping higher each month, even when my keywords are well-optimised. Feels like the competition is getting tougher, and I’m wondering if it’s still worth running ads at the same level.

👉 Are you reducing ad spend, switching to external traffic, or doubling down on Amazon PPC despite rising costs?

👉 Has anyone found a creative way to lower ACoS without killing sales?

Would love to hear what’s working for you right now — I think this is something a lot of us are struggling with.

OSS One Stop Shop Storage
by Seller_FtB41fa7DVXUq
Amazon replied

Hi, we’re a US seller with VAT IDs in DE, FR, ES, and the UK. When using OSS, does Amazon keep that 'OSS inventory' separate, or is it just pulled from our general FBA stock stored in those local warehouses? I'm trying to understand the physical storage workflow for OSS-covered sales

I sell on Amazon.com and use their Wallet to transfer funds to my UK bank account and have been doing so with no problem for some time. Now out of the blue my Bank Account does not appear on the drop-down selection when I try to make a transfer. I checked my 'Manage Bank Accounts' and my Bank Account is there and the status is Verified. I have changed nothing and there are funds I need to transfer. I have contacted 'support' but no reply as yet.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have set my account to Vacation until this is sorted.

I signed up for seller wallet, but I'm unable to withdraw our funds. The dropdown menu under the text 'To Acccount' just doesn't open. This worked fine some time ago, but now no account appears. I have our deposit account verified too.

Anyone else having this problem? @Seller_Udi0JNbTrsmUV Could you please help us investigate?
