    Dear Amazon forum members!


    I am writing to you because I would like to ask for your help in solving the problem of my restricted account.


    My seller account has been restricted for customer complaint ratio (CCR) violations on the following ASINs:

    ASIN: B01MY1SF77

    Title: DIOR SAUVAGE, Dior 3.4oz / 100ml Eau de Toilette (EDT) Men Cologne Spray


    ASIN: B002SPYW72

    Title: Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin Cologne Spray 100ml


    This could be because I have previously worked with a supplier who cannot provide purchase invoices that Amazon accepts.


    I just found new suppliers:


    perfumes-wholesale.eu

    fragrances-wholesale.eu


    Please tell me which supplier's purchase invoices will definitely be accepted by the Amazon team to prove the authenticity of my products!


    Which supplier can I work with in the future?


    Can I successfully unblock my account if I work with a trusted supplier in the future?

    Closing amazon shop and relying on own website. Anyone else done it?

    Had a good few years on amazon but sales have now completely collapsed. Nothing changed and simply dont know why the sudden loss in sales. So we are closing the shop and solely replying on our own website. Has anyone else closed their amazon store and gone solo with their own website? We are sick of the continuous jumping through hoops, customers fraudulently making claims, bad service by royal mail, and the DD+7 payment disbursements. Its simply not worth selling on here. Cost of advertising is through the roof as are the fees. Anyone else gone through similar?

    VAT deregistered, now being told unless I submit VAT number my shop will close!

    Hi all,

    Hope you can help? I was deregistered for VAT on the 1st August this year and contacted Amazon straight away to inform them. They are now demanding a VAT number from me and obviously I haven't got one. I filled out all their forms yesterday but again when it came to the tax form it wanted a VAT number so I sent a screenshot of the message from HMRC saying that as of the 1st of August I will be deregistered from VAT but need to pay my VAT up to the 31st July 2026. It was a very basic message and didn't have my Vat number as it was sent direct to my HMRC messages.

    Has anyone been through this? I'm literally pulling my hair out as I've been in business for 15 years and Amazon are saying I have 56 days to comply or they will stop my selling rights.

    Hope someone can point me to some help. I spoke to an advisor for almost an hour yesterday and they said to fill out the form. AAArgh!

    How do I find my storefront shop page URL?

    I want to put my amazon storefront URL onto some promotion material -but have hit a brick wall with regards finding out what it is.

    I thought it was amazon.co.uk/shops/ABC

    (obviously ABC being my user display name) - but this does not work. I get a page that says the web address is not a functioning page on the site.

    So I googled the question and was told I could get it from Settings-Account Info-Business Information

    But no - there is no store URL I can see under any of the options.

    So I tried Settings-Account Info-Store Info

    This has a link for 'Your Seller Profile' - and clicking that just shows me all the country sites I am able to sell on (I only sell on the UK site)

    Another googled method told me to :

    Navigate to one of your active product listings on the Amazon website. Find the "Sold by" section under the buy box. Click on your Seller Name. On the next page, click the link that says "[Your Seller Name] Storefront"

    But there is no [Your Seller Name] Storefront link

    There is, however, a sequence of tabs one of which is 'Products' so I click that thinking it will take me to a list of my products which is does but the URL is (well I want to include the link but get told off for using offensive language trying to post with a link even though it is an Amazon web address but it is something like amazon/s?me=A1B3RD1FRZK8FD&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P

    Which again is hopeless for me to use in promotion material

    I just want a simple URL I can put on promotion/advertising material to direct customers to my amazon store but everything I try leads me nowhere. It cannot be this hard for me to give customers a link so they can go straight to my products/store on Amazon surely?

    35 items have just been blocked in my inventory that all have the word Sex in the title including "There'll always be an England" by the Sex Pistols.

    Yesterday the target was gay romances, and last week it was older men having relationships with younger women.

    I am so fed up with Amazon doing this, and would much prefer them to get the bots to repair the catalogue rather than destroy it for no good reason.

    Report it to action fraud, they wont act on one report but if the buyer has an habit of fradulant activity and everyone reports it then that'ss when AF kicks in.

    I always report each and every occurence, it might not seem to do any good but if everbody does it things just might change.

    The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

    Hi, we’re a US seller with VAT IDs in DE, FR, ES, and the UK. When using OSS, does Amazon keep that 'OSS inventory' separate, or is it just pulled from our general FBA stock stored in those local warehouses? I'm trying to understand the physical storage workflow for OSS-covered sales
