    Hi,

    Please can someone help us

    We have a brand new children's pyjama set which have several child asins attached to the parent asin for all the different sizes on this pyjama set.

    The listing has been removed and blocked from Amazon before we was even able to send this product in to FBA due to Amazon wanting all the nightwear safety certificates.

    We have sent absolutely everything possible we have to Amazon on the appeal this and it is still being rejected including fire testing certificates etc.

    We are getting REJECTED on the basis that Amazon wants to see the following:

    EN 14682:2014 - Safety of children's clothing - Cords and drawstrings on children's clothing

    - There is no such item on this pyjama set. It is simply just a children's short sleeve t-shirt and trousers. There is no cord or drawstring anywhere on this product.

    I have tried telephoning Amazon, emailing Amazon and on chat with Amazon to try and get all of these rejected child ASINS overturned but they say to just resubmit the appeal which is taking days between each appeal rejection.

    Please can someone help us.

    Had a good few years on amazon but sales have now completely collapsed. Nothing changed and simply dont know why the sudden loss in sales. So we are closing the shop and solely replying on our own website. Has anyone else closed their amazon store and gone solo with their own website? We are sick of the continuous jumping through hoops, customers fraudulently making claims, bad service by royal mail, and the DD+7 payment disbursements. Its simply not worth selling on here. Cost of advertising is through the roof as are the fees. Anyone else gone through similar?

    My listing is still being rejected even though I have submitted the correct test report for BSEN 14878 which is the Flammability test method 1103, by IFS the UKAS testing centre. I can only assume its not accepted as the automated email also is asking for a drawer strings and cords test but there isn't any on my product! These cannot be tested as they don't exist on the item!! No one at amazon can help, what do I do? I have had the listing blocked a couple months and cannot get it sorted, I really really need help @Adam_Amazon_ @Spencer_Amazon @Emma_Amazon @Kai_Amazon @Julia_Amazon

    How do I find my storefront shop page URL?

    I want to put my amazon storefront URL onto some promotion material -but have hit a brick wall with regards finding out what it is.

    I thought it was amazon.co.uk/shops/ABC

    (obviously ABC being my user display name) - but this does not work. I get a page that says the web address is not a functioning page on the site.

    So I googled the question and was told I could get it from Settings-Account Info-Business Information

    But no - there is no store URL I can see under any of the options.

    So I tried Settings-Account Info-Store Info

    This has a link for 'Your Seller Profile' - and clicking that just shows me all the country sites I am able to sell on (I only sell on the UK site)

    Another googled method told me to :

    Navigate to one of your active product listings on the Amazon website. Find the "Sold by" section under the buy box. Click on your Seller Name. On the next page, click the link that says "[Your Seller Name] Storefront"

    But there is no [Your Seller Name] Storefront link

    There is, however, a sequence of tabs one of which is 'Products' so I click that thinking it will take me to a list of my products which is does but the URL is (well I want to include the link but get told off for using offensive language trying to post with a link even though it is an Amazon web address but it is something like amazon/s?me=A1B3RD1FRZK8FD&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P

    Which again is hopeless for me to use in promotion material

    I just want a simple URL I can put on promotion/advertising material to direct customers to my amazon store but everything I try leads me nowhere. It cannot be this hard for me to give customers a link so they can go straight to my products/store on Amazon surely?

    Amazon announced a reduction of referral fees to 5% for Clothing & Accessories priced at £15 and below. However, I am still being charged over 6% on multiple UK orders below this price point.

    Could someone please confirm:

    Whether the 5% referral fee is already live in the UK, and

    If so, why fees above 5% are still being applied to items under £15?

    If the change is not yet live, please confirm the effective date.

    Anazon won’t phone you unless you are on the Professional plan and raise a case asking g for a call back- sometimes even that doesn’t work
