Hi @Kris,
Thank you for your response, but unfortunately this does not address the core issue we are facing.
We fully understand that Amazon may require approval for certain brands and that policies can change over time. However, the situation here is very different:
Hundreds of ASINs across ~80 brands were restricted at the same time
This was applied only to our account, while other sellers are still actively listing the same products
We have been selling these brands for over 10 years with strong account health
The main issue is not the approval requirement itself, but the fact that:
👉 Every application we submit is being rejected with the same generic response
👉 We are told documents show “potential alterations” despite being 100% genuine
👉 No specific feedback is provided to allow us to correct anything
👉 It appears there is no proper manual review happening
We are already sourcing from legitimate suppliers and providing valid invoices with full supplier details. We have also clearly stated that Amazon is welcome to contact the suppliers directly to verify authenticity, but this does not seem to be happening.
Requesting LOAs or brand registry approval for 80 different brands is not a practical or realistic solution, especially when this issue appears to be account-specific rather than brand-specific.
What we urgently need is:
A proper manual review of the submitted documents
Clear, specific feedback on what exactly is failing verification
Confirmation whether this is an account-level flag affecting all applications
At the moment, we are stuck in a loop of automated rejections with no path to resolution, which is having a severe impact on our business.
If this can be escalated to the relevant internal team for proper investigation, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
