    We had a sale for 2 weeks where we reduced the price on 22 ASINs. After that we put the prices back to MSRP.

    We've now lost the buy box on all these ASINs as Amazon still thinks the "competitive price" is at the reduced sale prices. These products are not being sold anywhere online at the reduced prices.

    No idea how long it will take for Amazon to catch up.

    Anyone having a similar experience?

    This is a question for a friend's account who is struggling listing a few of their products on Amazon UK. Please read the situation below. As always any guidance is much appreciated.

    "We've had a monk fruit decoction product suppressed on Amazon.co.uk under the EU Novel Food catalogue. We accept that monk fruit decoctions are treated as a novel food under EU rules, but this product is sold exclusively in the UK marketplace, not into the EU, so the EU law shouldn't be the applicable standard here.

    We've disputed this 8 times with Amazon since early July, each time rejected. We've submitted the UK FSA's Article 4(2) determination (UK RP 1311), which confirms this category is not a novel food under UK law, along with a product specification and Guarantee of Compliance. However Amazon compliance team keeps on rejecting the appeal without providing further guidance on what is required by Amazon to sell this product on Amazon UK.

    Has anyone else run into this, or successfully gotten Amazon to engage with an FSA determination for a UK-only listing? Looking for advice on what specific documentation or escalation path actually gets Amazon CS to look past the standard EU catalogue response. There are many listings of products similar to ours on Amazon UK so trying to figure out what documentation is deemed acceptable by Amazon on sale of such products in the UK"

    Had a good few years on amazon but sales have now completely collapsed. Nothing changed and simply dont know why the sudden loss in sales. So we are closing the shop and solely replying on our own website. Has anyone else closed their amazon store and gone solo with their own website? We are sick of the continuous jumping through hoops, customers fraudulently making claims, bad service by royal mail, and the DD+7 payment disbursements. Its simply not worth selling on here. Cost of advertising is through the roof as are the fees. Anyone else gone through similar?

    "FBA Inventory" page showing 0 sales under "sale summary" even though there are sales

    On the FBA Inventory, under "sale summary" it is showing "--" (just two dashes) for sales for the last 30 days. We have sales every day and sales are showing in other places such as under the "Sales" box on the main page or under "business reports".

    We usually use this page to decide what products need sending to FBA but its showing zero for everything. Anyone else have the same issue?

    I'd contact amazon but they will probably make a nonsense reply.

    On 28 April, I uploaded a number of kitchen knife products. We are well aware of Amazon UK’s regulations and requirements regarding the sale of kitchen knives: 1. Kitchen knives must be sold via FBA; 2. The “UK_18_KNIFE” tag must be added

    We have consistently used the Product spreadsheet file to upload this “UK_18_KNIFE” tag, with a very high success rate; however, we were unable to add the “UK_18_KNIFE” tag to the five products uploaded on 28 April. We have refreshed the status by uploading the spreadsheet file multiple times, but it remains unsuccessful. Furthermore, each time we upload, we receive “Performance notifications” informing us that our products have been suspended.

    We have opened numerous support cases and submitted appeals via “Account Health”. However, the Amazon support team has consistently instructed us to upload the spreadsheet to update the “UK_18_KNIFE” tag, which we have done. Unfortunately, this has not been successful. We have also selected the suspended products in “Manage All Inventory” and edited them, consistently selecting “yes” under “Is This Product Subject To Buyer Age Restrictions”. However, the flag still does not appear.

    To date, we have uploaded the spreadsheet seven times, edited the listings in the management page five times, received nine performance notifications, and opened eight support cases. The issue remains unresolved.

    We urgently hope that the forum moderators can assist us in resolving this matter.

    Hi all,

    Hope you can help? I was deregistered for VAT on the 1st August this year and contacted Amazon straight away to inform them. They are now demanding a VAT number from me and obviously I haven't got one. I filled out all their forms yesterday but again when it came to the tax form it wanted a VAT number so I sent a screenshot of the message from HMRC saying that as of the 1st of August I will be deregistered from VAT but need to pay my VAT up to the 31st July 2026. It was a very basic message and didn't have my Vat number as it was sent direct to my HMRC messages.

    Has anyone been through this? I'm literally pulling my hair out as I've been in business for 15 years and Amazon are saying I have 56 days to comply or they will stop my selling rights.

    Hope someone can point me to some help. I spoke to an advisor for almost an hour yesterday and they said to fill out the form. AAArgh!

    Customer orders in Month 1, Amazon Auto-Refunds in month 4.

    When challenged on this, I get a response from Amazon saying basically "oh go on, please do it this once" ... why is this acceptable?

    Anyone else able to relate?

    How do I find my storefront shop page URL?

    I want to put my amazon storefront URL onto some promotion material -but have hit a brick wall with regards finding out what it is.

    I thought it was amazon.co.uk/shops/ABC

    (obviously ABC being my user display name) - but this does not work. I get a page that says the web address is not a functioning page on the site.

    So I googled the question and was told I could get it from Settings-Account Info-Business Information

    But no - there is no store URL I can see under any of the options.

    So I tried Settings-Account Info-Store Info

    This has a link for 'Your Seller Profile' - and clicking that just shows me all the country sites I am able to sell on (I only sell on the UK site)

    Another googled method told me to :

    Navigate to one of your active product listings on the Amazon website. Find the "Sold by" section under the buy box. Click on your Seller Name. On the next page, click the link that says "[Your Seller Name] Storefront"

    But there is no [Your Seller Name] Storefront link

    There is, however, a sequence of tabs one of which is 'Products' so I click that thinking it will take me to a list of my products which is does but the URL is (well I want to include the link but get told off for using offensive language trying to post with a link even though it is an Amazon web address but it is something like amazon/s?me=A1B3RD1FRZK8FD&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P

    Which again is hopeless for me to use in promotion material

    I just want a simple URL I can put on promotion/advertising material to direct customers to my amazon store but everything I try leads me nowhere. It cannot be this hard for me to give customers a link so they can go straight to my products/store on Amazon surely?
