Hello Amazon Moderators,
I need help escalating Case 13143295052 concerning what appears to be an FBA receiving/reconciliation error.
Shipment FBA15M1RS5S0:
248 units of CURATICK-10 (FNSKU X002J1U6HN) were sent.
Amazon's reconciliation initially showed:
6 units received
242 units: “Different item received from shipment FBA15M0GJNJ1 as FNSKU B0GM87NKP3”
The problem is that FBA15M0GJNJ1 is a completely different earlier shipment, and B0GM87NKP3 is CURATICK-5.
Amazon's own records now show those 242 + 6 = 248 units as CURATICK-5 inventory under the earlier shipment reference.
However, that earlier shipment contained only 360 CURATICK-5 units, and its own reconciliation shows 360 expected / 362 located.
There is also an important comparison: a subsequent shipment, FBA15M380BB6, contained the same CURATICK-10 product with the same packaging and labelling method, and Amazon correctly received all 52 units as CURATICK-10.
Seller Support has suggested “mislabelling”, but this does not explain Amazon's own contradictory shipment and inventory records. Even if an isolated unit had a labelling issue, that would not establish that all 248 units were mislabelled.
I have contacted Seller Support three separate times about this issue, but despite explaining the discrepancy in detail, I have not been able to obtain an explanation or resolution.
Could an Amazon moderator please escalate Case 13143295052 for an FC-level physical inventory investigation?
I specifically need Amazon to:
- Locate and physically check the affected 248 units.
- Explain why they were attributed to a different shipment/FNSKU.
- Prevent the affected units being fulfilled as CURATICK-5 while investigated.
- Correct the inventory to CURATICK-10 where confirmed.
I have screenshots showing all of the above and will attach them to this post.
