SAFE-T claims denied for incomplete returns (2 refunded, 1 returned)

Hi,

I’m looking for guidance regarding two SAFE-T claims that were denied despite both cases involving incomplete returns.

Orders:

202-5994029-4854764

203-6422720-7355500

In both cases:

* The customer ordered and was refunded for 2 units

* Only 1 unit was physically returned

* Evidence/photos were uploaded showing only 1 item received

The claims appear to have been reviewed under delivery/prepaid label criteria because the responses referenced tracking delivery confirmation and return label policy, however the issue is not delivery related.

These are incorrect/incomplete return cases involving missing items.

Appeals were submitted explaining this clearly, but both claims were still denied.

Could an Amazon moderator please review whether these claims were assessed under the correct SAFE-T reimbursement criteria for incomplete/incorrect returns?

Hi, I cant find a way to dispute this refund via Seller Central. The refund Amazon has initiated is because the buyer (Samir) "never received the goods" . I have a POD photo from DPD showing the parcel being handed over to a person who signed for it as Samir. Its £19.99, not a vast amount of money but more the principle that the goods have been delivered on time, signed for, but still a refund has been initiated.

Royal Mail returned the order back to us (address problems)

Hi guys, just wondering what the best way to handle this situation is - I'd like to avoid any customer/a to z shenanigans.

An order has been returned to us from Royal Mail due to "Delivery Attempted - No Answer" it's bounced around a bit and been returned back to us.

The customer has been in touch and said that they weren't in when delivery was attempted - and could we resend it?

Obviously this is gonna cost us another postage fee.

But the original Royal Mail tracking won't show a completed delivery now.

So the customer could receive the re-sent order and still claim non-recepit with A-Z etc.

Any advice greatly welcome.

We sell personalised items so this item can't be restocked it will just be binned if not re-sent.

Coordinated Review Manipulation Attack - Statistical Anomaly on Competitor ASIN

Hello fellow sellers and Community Managers,

I’m looking for guidance on how to escalate a serious concern involving possible review manipulation on a competing listing.

After reviewing the listing’s recent review activity, I noticed a pattern that appears highly unusual. The listing appears to have gained around 150 reviews within one month, which equals a review velocity of more than 5 reviews per day. This seems unusual because the product does not appear to have significant sales volume or a normal review history that would support such a sudden increase.

Many of the recent 5-star ratings also seem to come from buyer profiles with only one lifetime review. These accounts appear to have reviewed the product as their first and only review activity.

By contrast, the lower-rated reviews, including 1-star to 3-star feedback, appear to come from more established buyer profiles with longer and more varied review histories across different product categories.

This contrast raises concerns that the listing may be benefiting from coordinated or inauthentic review activity, which could be unfairly influencing its ranking and customer perception.

I have already reported this issue through Report Abuse, and I have also reported the suspicious reviews individually one by one. However, I have not received any response or update from any channel so far.

Advice Needed on Return Requests for Used Machines

Hi,

I am facing a difficult situation where two different customers are requesting to return machines worth £360 after using them for three to four months. The items have been heavily used, and both customers are pressuring us to accept returns. Due to the weight (30 kg), shipping and collection costs are very high, and accepting such returns would result in significant losses, especially as we sold these items brand new.

Could any of you please advise on the best course of action? Should we accept the returns, and if so, is it appropriate to issue only a partial refund? Or should we decline the requests? We are also concerned that the customers may file A-to-Z claims, which often do not favor sellers.

Hello Amazon Moderator, I am requesting assistance with a denied SAFE-T claim for an SFP order where I have met all policy requirements.

Order ID:205-5860782-7843557 / SAFE-T Claim ID: 72193-33979-7923348

The Issue: The claim and subsequent appeal were denied for "Late Delivery." However, this delay was entirely on the carrier's side.

Evidence of Policy Compliance: The label was purchased through Amazon buy shipping.

On-Time Shipment: The "Ship By" date was [Tue, 3 Mar 2026 GMT]. The carrier's first scan occurred on [Tue, 3 Mar 2026, 21:25 BST], confirming on-time dispatch.

Carrier Delay: Tracking shows the package was delayed at the [EVRI] facility on [Wed, 4 Mar 2026, 08:18 BST]

Per Amazon’s Buy Shipping Protection Policy, sellers are protected against delivery-related issues (including delays and late delivery claims) when shipping on time via Buy Shipping.

Can a community manager please review this case? The automated system is currently disregarding the Buy Shipping protection policy.
