Hello,

I am requesting help from an Amazon moderator regarding shipment FBA15LD8KV4C.

The shipment was delivered to the Amazon fulfilment centre, but a large quantity of inventory has not been received correctly in the shipment record.

Summary:

* Shipment ID: FBA15LD8KV4C

* Missing quantity: 189 units

* Product type: large solar panel cartons

* Packaging: one carton equals one unit

* Recent case ID: 12664622932

We have provided multiple supporting documents through Seller Support, including:

* Commercial Invoice

* Packing List

* Proof of Delivery / POD

* Signed Packing Slip

* Delivery appointment record

* 5-pallet shipment information

* Truck loading photo

However, the cases have repeatedly been closed with the same template response, stating that Amazon could not confirm receipt of the expected quantities. The responses do not confirm whether any FC-level physical search was actually performed.

Because these are large solar panel cartons, not small items, we are asking for a physical investigation at the fulfilment centre level, including receiving dock records, problem-solve area, unplanned inventory, mis-received inventory, oversized storage, and exception areas.

Could an Amazon moderator please help escalate this to the relevant FC inbound / inventory investigation team and confirm whether a physical search has been performed?

If more detailed information is required, I can provide it privately or through the existing case.

The new updated restock page does not work correctly. It does not sort the items in the order they need to be sent. Nor does it give a suggested restock qty. @Amazon How exactly is this an improvement for your sellers? It means something that took 10 mins will no take 1 hour. Its pain when your stuck for time and dealing with the other 300 issues and cases you have going, especially when you are a 2 persona company. Please help us here Amazon and fix these issue so we can continue to work together more efficiently

I am requesting a full investigation into how and why 1,722 "found" units were assigned to my account for ASIN B0BGJ75S3D with FNSKU B0BGJ75S3D. I did not create or ship these units, and I need them removed from my inventory ledger. I am also requesting reimbursement of all storage fees and any related charges incurred due to these incorrectly assigned units, as well as confirmation that no further charges will be applied for inventory I did not create or ship.

Amazon reimbused me for an item 'lost' in their warehouse in JUNE 2025

Yes 1 year ago,

now apparently they have 'found' it ,put it back in my fba inventory and clamed their reimbursement back,

my concerns are..

firstly,an item that was offered for sale at a certain price a year may have devalued,or completely lost any value,may be out of season/taste/totally worthless,

secondly ,I really would prefer that any potential buyer does not receive an item that has been kicking about/lost/buried in a warehouse for over a year,I dread to see the state it would be in,

I would be of of the thinking,if amazon reimbursed for having misplaced/lost an item it should now be their property after a certain time limit,

I'm now dreading anyone buying that item and complaining it is in a poor stae

Hoping a community manager or someone who's beaten this can help.

One inbound shipment, single box, ~44 units. Timeline straight from the Inventory Ledger:

14 Nov — all units shown RECEIVED in full at the FC (Receipts event, shipment reference matches).

14–24 Nov — units sit in sellable inventory; some are transferred to other FCs and sold to customers.

25 Nov — a single negative receipt adjustment at the same FC removes a batch (14 units across 4 SKUs, same day).

Result — reimbursement denied because the carton "weighed less than expected, so units were not sent." But no inbound weight scan was ever provided, and you can't sell units that were never sent.

Original case is closed past the reopen window; a new case auto-merged straight back into the closed one. Support says it won't reply further.

Questions:

For a post-receipt negative adjustment, which case category/team actually reviews this so it doesn't auto-merge into the closed inbound case?

Has anyone forced a review using the Inventory Ledger receipt + adjustment events as proof? What worked?
