Hello. I am so tired with Amazon as an entrepreneur. My account was deactivated in UK hence affecting my overall business. I used the same details that got me approved in USA marketplace but UK team deactivated me. I have over 30,000 units of stock that I was shipping to FBA but now I am stuck in hole of debt.

How do you deactivate a new account in a marketplace that I wasn't even ready to sell in ???

If you are an Amazon Support please note that you are failing in your space , please note that you are causing entrepreneurs to go into depression.

I wasn't even going to sell yet in UK but for now I am stuck , depressed and tired.

I hope this can be resolved in future.

You might have been placed on "Delivery Date + 7" disbursement schedule.

Check your emails received from Amazon, you should have been sent one a few months ago.

Mine is kicking in on the 3rd July. Just great!

Dear Sellers,

Is there a new account levels reserve policy that I am not aware of?

I get paid every two weeks and the account level reserve usually becomes the beginning balance after payment has been initiated but this time the beginning balance is much lower than the account level reserve from previous period and now showing as standard orders and the rest of the funds showing as deferred transactions.

I have contacted seller support but the person I spoke to didn’t seem to understand my question well and has escalated it to payments team but would like to hear from you all in the meantime if you are facing similar issues

I am selling an Amazon US marketplace and my account is on hold and they request for the documents and I uploaded already but they closed Amazon consumer account and I am unable to login my seller account and I invest a lot and my orders all still active and receive orders from customers , but I don't know what is the issue and I contacted amazon customer support for multiple time , but they still saying it will take 24 hours and now I received email which says your account is closed.

Is there anyone can help me ? Since I received feedback is from <merch.service05@amazon.com>, I can only reply message to this email ID. There was no path to share the error screenshot with latest date and time stamp as they request on the"https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/help/contact-us "page. Where can I submit the document? Please let me know.

SOLVED!

After 10 days of calling and opening tickets, we finally managed to get Amazon to take a good look at our account and received the following message:

"I am happy to inform you that, after a careful investigation by our technical department, which found an anomaly in your account that caused a lack of eligibility, reducing the percentage for buybox your products, this anomaly has been removed."

Sales are back on track.

Unfortunately, we still do not know what caused the problem, but we have suffered significant financial damage due to the 10 days of significantly reduced sales...

Anyone who experiences something like this, don't give up, keep contacting Support, several times a day if you have to.

hi.Thats good mews. What point you focused and and about what specifically you kept on insisting. Because when lever i contact them they just send me scripted reply improve metrics. What additionally you asked them to so so they checked your account techincally?

Hello,

I really need your urgent help/advice guys.

First of all, I'm not a new seller. I've been selling since September last year, I've achieved month on month steady growth on the UK marketplace. I currently have over 700+ active SKUs.

However, overnight, without any warning or notification, since 16 June, I have had a significant issue with my Amazon account: I have lost the BuyBox/Featured Offer for ALL of my listings.

As a result, in the last few days my daily sales have dropped from around £1000 to almost zero. In addition, my "Featured Offer %" has dropped to 0%. Btw, my account health is currently 248.

I opened several tickets without success, but chatted with Amazon Support who confirmed: "As of the moment your ACCOUNT is not eligible for BuyBox".

However, as to the reason why this happened and what I needed to do to get it resolved, I was told nothing but to wait. The problem is that I am losing money every day by not being able to sell anything, but I have to cover the costs of my business and order new products.

I cannot name here a specific ASIN, because this issue affects ALL of my SKUs (700+ listings), and given that it appears to be an Amazon-side problem. Therefore I am requesting your urgent assistance.

I have already emailed the Managing Director about this, but have not yet received a reply.

Can I somehow reach the team responsible to check my account and restore the Featured Offers in my account as soon as possible?
