I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.

I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).

With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

Hello, the Secondary User error continues to occur.

We want to grant user permissions to A.

A sent us a permission invitation, and we accepted.

Afterwards, when A tries to grant permission for each item, an error similar to the screenshot is occurring.

My account has been inactive for more than 2 months and no matter what document I upload, I cannot pass the verification process.

I am not allowed to open a case or call me through my account right now. That's why I can't get any help from anyone on Amazon.

I live in Turkey and I have a company based in the UK. I opened my Amazon account with this company information.

My account was open for 7-8 months but I had no listings.

I prepared my items and was about to start listing them.

During this 7-8 month period, my account was an individual account. Since I have reached the stage of sending my products, I wanted to turn my account into a professional account.

Afterwards, my account suddenly became deactivated and I was requested for a utility bill or business license. (You can see the image of the incoming e-mail attached.)

I submitted utility bills multiple times, following all of Amazon's instructions on how to upload the document.

Since I live in Turkey, I submitted the utility bills for my Turkey address. Unfortunately, I always received the answer that the documents were not enough. (You can see it in the image.)

I cannot check whether there is a typo regarding my address in Turkey because Amazon does not allow me to see the address I entered in my account. (You can see it in the image.).

As I said, I do not live in the UK, so it is not possible for me to obtain a utility bill from there. There should be other additional documents that can be provided instead of the utility bill on this issue.

Another problem is that there is a word called "CUSTOMISE4ALL" in the part of my business address, but there is no such word in my business address. I don't know if this word appearing there is a systematic error or a spelling mistake I made before.

Unfortunately, I don't know what to do right now and I'm really worn out. I would be very happy if Amazon officials reading this could contact me regarding the solution to my problem.

Why does UK do a seller verification every year, all my inventory has been stranded for 2 months now. I provide them with all the documents they require, and its still saying they your verification is pending.

I cannot contact Amazon in any way. My emails are not being returned. I can't make a phone call. I can't open a case. I have been a victim for 1 year. Nobody helps me. I have money left inside. I am at my wit's end. My appeal (6th/7th?) has again been rejected bluntly as ever with 'Status: Our evaluation is complete, Submit new information' That's all, no dialogue at all despite my asking several questions. Here is what I said, please read carefully:

Once again I am being asked to provide the impossible. I have told you several times now that I have never heard of Edwards trading and consequently have no idea WHY you think I am associated in any way with them. I have truthfully answered NO to all the questions you pose above regarding using third-party services, account compromise or identity theft and I can confirm that nobody but me has any access to my seller account information, my bank account, credit cards or laptop. I am a sole trader and have no employees. How can I possibly 'submit an explanation of why you believe we have incorrectly detected that you are related to or associated with the other account on Amazon' when I have never heard of that other account? I can see no logical or obvious link between me and Edwards trading at all. I have found references to 2 companies of that name online, both in North Wales (I am in Bristol) one has a retail business, the other does house clearance. I sell books! A kind person on the Forum showed me a link to another firm on Amazon thus: https://www.amazon.co.uk/sp?seller=A2GLKJ0XK54RKY. Could this be the company you are associating me with? If so I would appreciate your telling me because otherwise I am in the dark. I would also appreciate your confirming you have received the 2 documents I sent before, a bank statement and a utility bill. If you require other documents to prove who I am please let me know. I would also repeat what I wrote last time - Amazon imposed an unwarranted deactivation on Eatwell Books last October when they accused me erroneously of being linked with 'Project+Mac'. After a full month of submitting multiple appeals every one of which was rejected, my account was finally reinstated without any explanation or apology. To this day I have idea why Amazon linked me with Project+Mac and I still don't know who they are/were. Kindly reactivate my seller account without more ado.

So Abella, how do I get Amazon's evauation team or whatever they call themselves to engage PROPERLY with me and answer those questions? I would welcome an opportunity to actually SPEAK to a HUMAN BEING rather than getting a robotic rejection without any explanation every time I appeal.

I am imploring Amazon moderators for help please. For the second time in a year I have had my seller account deactivated because of an alleged relationship with another account. In both cases the identity of the other account is completely unknown to me (2 different accounts) but no matter how many times I explain this to the verification team or whoever makes decisions on these matters my appeals are rejected and 'more information' is requested. Apart from the name of the other account I have no idea who they are or why Amazon could possibly see any connection. I have sent a gas bill and a bank statement hoping this would satisfy them ( neither of which was specifically asked for but suggested by Account Health adviser) but no good. I simply don't see what else I could provide. In my view there is no justification for this deactivation. Surely if Amazon suspect a link they should provide evidence to back up their assertion which I could then refute. Moderators, what do you suggest?

As we know listings are being removed by the Amazon BOT every day, very often for no reason at all, however this is the best one yet, a computer mouse listed in, Keyboards, Mice & Input Devices >Mice

SICK AND TIRED OF AMAZON NONSENSE. If theres mods watching over the general mood of sellers in the UK, I don't think I'm alone in saying I've grown a deep dislike, distrust and outright disgust at Amazon.

Several Kups Dolcegusto listings removed for having Group Seb barcodes, despite the IP for Krups being owned by Group Seb. I've apparently got to provide a letter confirming a relationship between Krups and Dolce Gusto in order to fix the listings, despite Amazon selling multiple Krups Dolce Gusto machines and guess what, all Group Seb barcodes. NONSENSE!

I know that Amazon and the Tefal brand have a direct relationship and association, as Tefal sell their goods through Amazon themselves. So I set up a case to ask for some sort of proof, such as the letter of affiliation that Amazon expect me to be able to provide. Did I get one, of course I didnt, you already know this. So Amazon expect us to be able to get in touch with those in power within brands and get documents, but despite us having a direct line into Amazon themselves and they still wont provide the same sort of document either. NONSENSE!

Tonnes of squishmallows products listed as PS5 games, previous posts in here looked like I was getting help, any of them corrected? NOPE. NONSENSE!

4 IPs from the same brand for parallel. Invoice provided by the legitimate UK supplier, a brand everyone reading this will know and trust. Denied due to suspicions its been "edited". Ive since provided the entire chain of custody, bank statements, emails to the supplier asking for the invoice, emais from them with the file attached, and the original file and its filename. Has it been accepted for the legitimate non-parallel purchase made, NOPE. NONSENSE!

Amazon being investigated for monopolistic tactics and saying they "commit to treating third party sellers and Amazon retail equally regarding the buybox algorythm". I have a listing with only us and Amazon selling on it, its even co-mingled (and thats yet another problem where Amazon fall flat but too much to go into here.....). So basically, its the same stock, same service, same delivery expectations and the price, Amazon match ANY price I set instantly, so same price. Sells 100-200 a month. How many of those sales am I seeing? a tiny fraction...... I sent 60 units around december and still have nearly half.... And now Amazon will charge me late storage fees for the privalidge of not selling my stock to customers. NONSENSE!

If you're on a listing and can clearly show Amazon is not treating third party sellers equally, check your home page and make a complaint. The torrent of evidence backed complaints should either get them fined, or enact some sort of change.....
