The issue still persists, with Amazon not recognising weekend collection and deliveries.

We have checked our Royal Mail delivery performance and they are delivering 98% next day. On our Amazon eligibilities page it says this is 94%. Given Royal Mail are responsible for this, and they are one of the only 2 approved SFP couriers, it doesn't make sense why we are affected by this? We use Tracked 24 for all our consignments.

We have 99.9% on time shipment, 98.7% buy shipping usage, 0% cancellation. All green metrics on 1,654 orders in the last 7 days.

There is nothing more we can do to satisfy requirements, and yet still are severely harmed over the weekend period when we show incorrect slow delivery times. I estimate we are losing out on around £3-4k sales revenue per weekend, not to mention dropped listings and the increased overheads we have running a Saturday shift in our warehouse.

It seems this trail is going cold, @Seller_z3k8APxGfbQEK are there no further updates at all?

Fellow sellers, I'm seeking some advice on a frustrating situation I've encountered with another seller undercutting repeatedly.

I initially found a product with great profit margins over 100% ROI and there is about 10-15 sellers. I matched the current Buy Box price and sales were going well for about a month. Then yesterday, another seller started hugging the Buy Box, going just 1p below the current buy box.

It's evident they are using a repricing tool to constantly undercut the lowest price by 1p in order to solely maintain the Buy Box themselves. While I understand the motivation to capture all the Buy Box sales, it's exasperating when sellers configure repricers so aggressively just to box others out.

This particular seller has over 200 seller feedbacks, so they are an experienced seller who surely understands pricing strategies. As a result of their relentless undercutting, my potential ROI on this product has plummeted from over 100% down to only 5-10%.

I've now sold out of my inventory for this item. My question for everyone reading is would you continue sourcing more of this product knowing you'll likely just enter another Buy Box battle? Or would you cut your losses and move on to other products?

I'm all for healthy price competition, but it feels unethical when sellers setup repricers to continuously undercut by the smallest increments just to own the Buy Box. I wish we could agree as a seller community to share the Buy Box rather than trying to monopolize it. But I realize that's unlikely to happen.

Any thoughts or advice on how to approach this type of situation would be appreciated.

Just need look at your margin & not worry about what other sellers are doing.For me,25% is minimum I know many sellers run at a margin way lower there's lots of busy fools on here. I currently average 35-40% daily/monthly.If any sku drops below 25% I just dump it & move on

it depends on the product, if I have a product that sells relatively well, have few or no returns, doesn't require much packaging, I am happy with 15%/20%. I agree with you, it's important to focus on the bottom line, what other sellers do or how much you sell is not important. I am up 67% from last June and yet I sell less products.

yes, i do remember reading that at the turn of the year. That will be two weeks for us though, i have to wait until the planned release of funds on 1st July. Sadly, i can imagine that not actually happening either, which is usually the case with Amazon. Hence why i am trying to find out what is going on now. Also i though the reserve was just on the FBM orders or on business orders that were paying by invoice some 15 days later. i do not think that was on all orders? @Seller_gAhPNiLrkfTcr please help

Primary Contact Residential Address Edit Problem

I have been trying to update the residential address of the Primary Contact.

The primary contact is an Australian Passport holder. But they are resident of Singapore.

When I tried to edit with the correct postal code and City. But it says that the address entered is invalid.

Escalating to customer service was not helpful. I get the case transferred to compliance dept. But not getting a solution for about 15 days already

Can someone help me?

I did this, and it worked, I now have a message from the "customer" just saying no package!!

If I had some support from Amazon, I should never have had to do this in the first place.

It was sitting in shipping with a threat that if automatically cancelled it could affect my cancellation rate on the 25/06.

It has dinged my late shipment rate now. I am going to try Amazon support one more time.

I had the feeling at the time it might have been a scam, cancel immediately you get the shipment email!

Can I ask if at the bottom of your FBA dashboard it states:;

"The storage utilisation surcharge is not applicable to you because your average daily inventory volume is less than 25 cubic feet (0.7079 cubic meters)"

does this mean i will not be charged any Aged Inventory fees as well even after 270 or 300 days of a small amount of items in Amazons warehouses?

Hola, desde 2023 me hice vendedor generico aunque ya tenia la solicitud de marca a probada, pero Amazon me puso muchas trabas,

De dos envios que realice , me dijeron habian perdido en sus centros logisticos algunos productos, precisamente los mas valiosos. Un inventario de mas de 4000€ , me desembolsaron menos de 90€.

Ahora queiero retirar todos mis productos y darme de baja de amazon como vendedor. Es imposible, correos genericos , nadie te ayuda, y te sientes que cada dia que pasa pierdes mas y mas dinero

Es intolerable la politica de Amazon

Previously all my listings won buy boxes, but now I'm losing 90% of them, even though I'm the cheapest, have only one seller and FBA, and have good seller account health and performance metrics.
