2 day Delivery - included weekend but why
Hello - new rto Amazon selling.
I have an order placed Friday am. They choose 2 day delivery
I do not have sat and sunday shipping selected on my general settings.
But the order says should have shipping on Friday for delivery today.
Can anyone help - what is set up wrong?
I have 1 working day as processing set up.
Online it says should say Tues/Weds for delivery so why is it saying today and counting the weekend?

2 day delivery as stated is a premium shipping option which uses couriers that can deliver Saturdays, hence 2 day from Friday is Monday
Just to note too that 2 day premium delivery requires a fully tracked postage option and therefore you should be charging extra for this service as an upgraded, expedited service

Premium delivery orders such as the one you mentioned must be shipped on the same day if ordered before the cut-off time, usually 2pm unless you’ve changed it. Handling time is irrelevant.
If you can’t achieve that, you shouldn’t do premium orders. Sorry.
Or mark them despatched on Friday and ship them on Monday next day but I didn’t say that so please, no criticism.
