3-5 Day Shipping Unavailable on Amazon Fr and DE
I’ve been trying to change my shipping settings on Amazon Germany and France but on my shipping template there are only options for 5-7 day and 7-10 day transit times. There used to be an option for 3-5 days but this isn’t showing now. I would like to change the transit time to 3-5 days for France and Germany.
On the Amazon Spain site all the options are available (2-3 day. 3-5 day. 5-7 day and 7-10 day).
I’m just wondering if this is the same with everyone’s shipping settings or if it’s an issue with my account?

This relates to the valid tracking and on time delivery rates. If they fall below the threshold then Amazon remove your ability to shorten the delivery time.

Essentially if you want to offer 3 - 5 days you need to send all orders tracked. For items that are low value this is uneconomical. In a way Amazon is protecting you from buyer dissatisfaction by allowing extra time for delivery. In another way they overlook the fact that not everyone has access to low tracked shipping rates. Even sending a large letter item tracked is £6 - 8+. Are their buyers really going to pay 2, 3, 4x the item price for shipping it?
It is what it is and it hasn’t really affected our international sales.
