I am writing to address a serious issue I am facing with my Amazon seller accounts.
Recently, I received an email from Amazon introducing the Multi-Channel Fulfillment feature. While exploring this option in Seller Central, I inadvertently clicked on the application for the UAE seller store, which led to its activation without my intention to expand my business into the UAE market at this time. To my surprise, the UAE seller account was not only activated but also subsequently deactivated.
As a result of the deactivation of my UAE account, my Amazon US account has also been deactivated, even though the US account was fully verified by OTP and had no issues prior to this. My FBA inventory is now stranded on the Amazon US account, which is causing a significant loss of time and money.
When I connect to AE Seller Central, I am unable to see the UAE marketplace in the drop-down menu. This makes it impossible for me to activate the UAE store in order to reinstate my US store. I have tried accessing the UAE marketplace but cannot find any way to reactivate it from my end. I believe this situation may be related to a broader system bug, as I’ve learned that many other sellers are experiencing the same problem when linked accounts in different regions are involved.
Request for Resolution:
1. Please reinstate my Amazon UAE account, or at the very least, place it under verification mode so I can address the concerns and allow my US account to resume operations.
2. My US account is essential to my business, and it should not be impacted by an issue with my UAE account, especially when the US account has already passed all verifications.
I would greatly appreciate it if the account health team could look into this urgently, as I am facing inventory-related and financial losses due to this situation. Please help me resolve this as soon as possible to avoid further disruption to my business. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
