A to Z claim email please

Sorry i know this has probably been asked plenty of times before but can’t locate it. I need an email for someone to contact about an A to Z claim, customer claims the item has not arrived, the tracking clearly says signed by customers name and Amazon granted the A to Z before i even had a chance to reply. This item was expensive so i really want to take this further as i am out of pocket from this and customer (surprisingly) has not replied to my emails or calls to make payment.

Amazon auto grant A-Z claims for INR.
Best use of you energies is appeal with all your evidence of delivery including links to tracking site page.
Use this as a guide

“Hello, the order was shipped on (date) with tracking number (xxxxxx) by carrier (carrier name).
The shipment can be tracked on this link: (link to online tracking showing delivery and signature).
According to the order’s tracking information,
the package was delivered to the correct address on (date) and signed by (name).
Please close this claim since the order was already delivered.
Thank you.”

You need to log into your account and respond under A-Z Claims (Performance Tab), then appeal.

If you wish to attach anything, then you have to raise as a Case with SS and they will forward. No direct email any more

Hi

All you need to do is follow the appeals process. In your appeal send a link to the tracking information and then wait for response. Unfortunately if you do not respond to an A-Z claim within the timeframes the claim is automatically granted.
