Hi Amazon community,
my account has been suspended since 23 June. i have made an appeal regarding this issue. they have forwarded the appeal. but they still haven’t contacted me and i am still unsure of the reason. can someone please guide me what should i be doing?

can you post the deactivation notice?

I had something similar and the below are the steps to rectify the issue if not done already.
go to https:sellercentral.amazon.co.uk
sign in
your account is suspended so you won’t see a great deal here, however, it should let you sign in.
go to the settings on top right corder and click ‘Account info’
Then click ‘Identity Information’ from the ’ Business Information’ section. This shows the account type you have and along with your business details.
Check here what information they require. It should say what you need to update or provide.

I’ve just been de-activated too-i am supposed to supply a plan of action etc etc
They haven’t actually told me why the account is de-activated so how are am i supposed to set up a plan of action?
I’m beyond it with Amazon , every few months another hoop to jump through to keep selling on the site which is a nightmare but usually you do know what it is that they want you to do be it VTR or provide them with invoices for buyers or uploading invoices to prove i’ve bought the stock from a wholesaler or what ever the hell it is next to keep selling but not knowing what i have done or haven’t done -well that takes the biscuit
