Account Health Support Reactivation
I am stuck in a Loop trying to reactivate my UK Account - Amazon Health Support keep Saying “We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account”
To be clear I have not been able to list anything since inception in Feb 2022.
Also I have a successfull USA Seller Account, I have business in UK and USA.
I have supplied UK info 30 day old bank statements, utility bills and a copy of my original UK Vat Registration Certificate from 1994. I have verified Bank details on file and valid credit card on file.
I am continually being asked for “A copy of a business registration extract that is dated within the last 90 days” but this is only available to companies registered as Corporations and LLC etc not Sole Proprietors so we are stuck in this dance, as I cannot get anyone to understand this.
Anybody have any ideas, I have submitted over a dozen appeals and raised cases with seller support even called in but still no Joy.

If that is the case, then you probably have the wrong company type setup in your business information.
Have you actually checked this?

If you’re a UK based manufacturer but not a ltd then surely you must have a utr otherwise how have you been doing tax returns?
You’ll need a recent letter with your UTR on to get verified once you change your account over
