Account suspended. Managed to verify but still issues

Account got suspended. Finally managed to get it verified and got a confirmation email from Amazon. However, I’ve got quite a lot of money stuck in balance and my account still says ‘Suspended’ despite the verification confirmed email. Not sure how to contact Amazon. Any help?
