Account verification EU

We were invited to join the EU marketplace by Amazon representatives last year. Submitted many documents as a US company and my personal as representative. But, couldn’t get verified. Seems the issue in the utility bill I don’t have as not the owner of the property I’m living in. Government-issued documents with the address not accepted by the system, invoices not accepted. Can’t contact the Global Business Development manager who invited us to join. Any way to contact the real person for verification to do it manually?

For verification, you must provide utility bill as per the name and address updated on seller central.

As the team verifies your identity through the information provided on seller central and the documents.

In the performance notification, it is mentioned that you can submit utility bills that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, or internet service with name and address clearly visible.

There could be multiple reasons why your bill got rejected such as the details on seller central weren’t matching, the bill details couldn’t be verified, or the bill didn’t contain the required information to verify your details and address.

If any of the bills are available in your family member’s name, kindly provide a relationship proof like a govt. issued ID with address. These documents must be authentic and unaltered, and the name and address on the document must match the name and address you provided during registration.
