Hi
I have just created my Seller Account. My personal details are from Pakistan and my company is registered in UK on a virtual address.
Well, 1 thing I am not sure of is that Amazon is asking for a Utility Bill, do I have to provide my Residential Utility Bill? Which is from Pakistan
OR
Do I have to provide the Utility bill on my Business Address, which I cannot provide as it’s virtual address. So, in this case, how can I convince Amazon and what alternating documents Amazon will accept? As, I have my WISE Business account statement available already.
Whenever, I try to open case in my sellercertral with same query,
the account-health-post-enforcement-support@amazon.co.uk is not helping but sending an automated reply right next minute
“This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal.”
with no option to reopen the case.
As it is clear that I am not submitting an appeal in the case log but asking for guidance.

For Amazon’s business registration requirements, see the link below. It’s quite explicit, and answers your first question.

As @The_Little_Shop has hinted, you’ll probably be required to register for VAT in the UK since HMRC will probably regard you as a NETP ( Non-Established Taxable Person). This is because (a) you’re resident in Pakistan and (b) you don’t have an established business address in the UK. A virtual office isn’t enough. See Section 9 on the link below:
I’m not sure your Articles of Association will pass muster, either. I suggest you check this with your UK accountant.
