Hello, I can’t open a case for my amazon uk account, the company suspended my account while it was being verified, so I can’t contact anyone, please help me.

Hope you are doing well. Can you please help with my situation I am really stressed out.
I recently transferred my account from my limited company to sole trader on my name and was going through verification process for HMRC documents. I provided the documents such as tax return, self assessment statement and etc but they kept rejecting it and now my account is deactivated because I failed the verification process.
I have been with Amazon for very long time and I have never cheated or done anything wrong I have always followed the rules.
I am currently very stressed out because I rely on Amazon so much.
If you want I can request a letter or UTR from hmrc if that’s the problem?
Please please help with my situation I am extremely stressed by this whole thing. Hope you can help me
