Active Account went into Verification
Hello,
I have operating my EU Stores successfully for the past 6 months, just two days back all my accounts have been temporarily suspended for verification for unknown reasons.
I’ve lodged the complaint in writing and have called as well, but the answer I have received is to wait…!!!
Its been 3 days and I am unable to sell anything on all the EU Stores, losing sales in this special season.
Any idea how to get across this bridge.

Possibly you have hit the €15,000 (or sterling equivalent, roughly £13,000) sales figure which legally requires Amazon to re-verify your details. What exactly did they say in the message notifying you of the suspension?

As @olderithian states this is probably the review for meeting a certain turnover, I believe this is a legal requirement in relation to potential money laundering. The only thing you can do is supply any and all information requested, and then wait for a response, do not try and chase them though as each time you send a new email you go to the bottom of the que and this will just prolong the process.

Were you fully verified as a BUSINESS when you set the account up, supplying either a UTR or ltd company documents?
