Adding a listing without GTIN

Hi,
Can anyone help, I am trying to add a listing however i dont use barcodes and dont have a ‘brand’ to request a brand exemption. Has anyone had similar issues they can help me with?

You usually can request a gtin exemption and list as generic - although there has been mention of a glitch - not certain if it’s all categories though

What are you trying to list ?

They don’t unfortunately so not sure how to move forward, Do you know if there is a service provided by amazon where you can have a mentor who can help you? The help pages just refer back to GTIN and brand registry, I’m stuck in a revolving door with it.
