Adding an e-book to my product
Hi all,
Does anyone have an experience in email campaigns and e-books at all? I am selling a product related to cooking and would like to start an email campaign which attaches a free e-book pdf for anyone who purchases my product. The book contains a page for safety instructions, a page of tips and tricks and 10 recipes for people to try out.
However, I’m not sure if this is allowed in Amazon’s TOS which seems to have changed in November 2020 which seems to only allow instructions to be sent after purchases but recipes are instructions right?
Also, if e-books are allowed, are you allowed to adertise on your listing that you get a free e-book with every purchase? For example, with a photo of the cover?

Honestly don’t do it - aside from the rules on messaging buyers which are super strict, any important safety info should be within the packaging.

Thank you for your answers. That’s a shame. I take it that the same can be said for inserts in the product offering the e-book as a download then?
