Adding baloons as first product
Hello
I am new to this and completely lost. I have tried to add my product which is baloons but I am baffled. Can someone be kind enough to talk me through it step by step because I’m paying fees and products are sitting at home and I’m not live. The whole upc and everything seems like a foreign language.

You cannot start selling until you have passed the full verification process whichis currently taking around 3 months to complete. If you are still going through verification use this time to learn the processes of Amazon. This can be a complex site, it is not like Ebay
Make sure your invoices are in line with what Amazon require as it seems that for new sellers they can select 3 random ASIN’s to verify they are from a legitimate source. If they are retail receipts they will not be accepted

Do your balloons have a barcode that links to an existing listing on amazon?

It would take for ever and a day to do that and we are all trying to run our own businesses.
Read ‘Seller University’ and it tells you exactly what you need to do to sell on Amazon.
To stop paying fees go to Settings - Account Info - Your account - Sell on Amazon - Manage and downgrade to the Individual Selling Plan.
Open a case via Help and ask for a refund of the fees as long as you have not sold anything.
