Allow access to 3rd party PPC manager

Hi,
How do we give access to a 3rd party?
We are looking to get help with our PPC campaigns, they need access to our account (only the PPC section).
I can see how to add a new seller central user, but this then means the PPC manager needs to go through verification.
Is there any other way?

Should be able to give access through user permissions I imagine?

Thanks for the reply. We did that, but it then asks for us to verify the identity of the user, passport details, address, etc.
Can we not just give access to the campaign manager?

You need to authorise a Third Party Developer. Go to settings, User Permissions, Third Party Apps
