Amazon A-Z claims new UNIMPROVED policies!

Am I the only one with this new experience.

In the last two weeks , we have been receiving so many A-Z claims just for simple faulty issues.
Till now, a customer would email and file a faulty complain and we would have the ability to process a return and a full refund. Now, we just get an email from Amazon that they have granted an A-Z claim for order XYZ, and when we check the details its simply not working etc… No opportunity to have the item returned to us, so we loose the item and the money, and our items cost £100’s each!!!
Reaching out to Amazon is not helping either!
What are we supposed to do?

We are also having problems with Amazon A-Z. Just had a decision against us (no commiunication from the bhuyer) because according to Amazon, the item was delivered to the corrcet address. Fedex confirm that it was sent to the exact address as on the Amazon order.
The whole Amazon process is so biased against the seller, that it almost criminal! There is no way to recover my loss!
