Amazon Buy Shipping Labels - Royal Mail 2nd Class Mail printing issues
Is anyone else have issues with printing out some Royal Mail labels through Amazon Buy Shipping?
I’ve noted that 20% of all Royal Mail Shipping Labels I purchase from Amazon Buy Shipping, comes out like the below image for Royal Mail 2nd Class - I’ve also tried printing using A4 paper etc - i.e all the options available for the different ways to print the labels and still, the shipping label itself is cut in half like below.

I’m having this same problem and have a temporary fix for it. Select 6x4 pdf when purchasing the shipping. Open the file in Adobe reader and click on the small area/date that is still visible - it then highlights the entire label, even the area that is cut off - copy it(ctrl c). I then paste it into an e-mail or photoshop and I’m able to print it that way. It is a very long work around but it has at least enabled me to print the labels I’ve already paid for.
