Amazon.es issues

Hello,

All my listings on amazon.es have either been suppressed or blocked unless FBA. This was due to a problem back in 2017. I want to try and my account reinstated but cant seem to find any way to contact seller support. Anyone every had this problem?

Yes, but you need to be honest and post all communications - suspension notice etc… so that forum members can help you. Be totally open with us. We are here to help.

I doubt you’ll ever get Spain back, they seem to have their own rules, I know more people that have been suspended from Spain, than those that have active accounts. They have huge issues.

Here is an example appeal addressing a suspension due to ODR issues, if you need help:

We have exactly the same issue- all listings ‘blocked unless fba’ no flags, no messages, no recent negs and account health is saying all ok. (But 100x suspected ip complaints)

I spoke to SS a month ago who said all was ok with my account, so I asked why I was blocked - they didn’t know + I should email
performance-vendedor@amazon.es

I did so, asking what was happening, what I had done wrong and how I could rectify it.
Reply was a red flag message ‘please be patient while we review your account’.

…3 weeks passed and I spoke to SS who, again, couldnt see any bars/blocks on my account and advised i write to performance again

I did, and got an email saying 'please be patient whilst we review your account
…and now it’s been a month.

there seems to be a pattern here. ODR was the original reason for suspension i sent so many action plans and kept receiving the same email over and over to say your plan is incomplete. Not had any problems with any other market place.

Hmm… thanks for writing back…

I haven’t appealed anything at all, ever, via dispute.notice.
I wrote to them a month ago, in desperation, after 2 months of restriction, to ask if there was anything I needed to appeal - which they said there wasn’t.

I have not been informed of any infringement that i could appeal and have had no message to even say that my account was restricted.
And it does not show as restricted to Seller Support or Account Services.

In this last message the Appeals team are asking for a case number for the suspension/restriction which I am appealing but I’ve not been issued any email/flag about anything.

How do you suggest I appeal something that is unknown? Can it be done?

70x suspected ip complaints have already been appealed and resolved via Seller Support and the listings reinstated and the others were deleted as they were out of stock anyway.
I am an authorised LEGO seller and have proved this to all the Amazons with invoices etc.

The 100 complaints are still visible in the Account Health though.

Shall I submit a bulk appeal of all the resolved suspected complaints, to notice.dispute?

How do I generate the case number they are asking for?
