I'm registered to go to the Amazon Business Live Event in London this Thursday and I was just wondering if any of you have ever been to one of these and whether, with this experience, you would consider it worthwhile going? London isn't a local trip for me and I have several family commitments that have come up which it would really be a shame to not satisfy however, at the same time, if people have some really good experiences of these days then I will make it work.

In essence, I think what I'm asking is whether I'm about to try my hardest to get there only to experience which would essentially be six hours of 'could have been put in an e-mail' or whether there are some real opportunities at these events. I like the idea of the 1:1 sessions at the end but, again, the quality of the people conducting the one on ones will make a massive difference to the usefulness.

If any of you went in previous years I would really appreciate your input as to how useful you found it and whether you would do it again.

Hi,

I just had an FBA order from March 2023 refunded, in full automatically by Amazon because it was marked defective.

The item was a wooden chopping board.

Why has this been put through by Amazon? Absolutely ridiculous to allow a full refund after so long.

Anyone else had this happen and if so, were you able to get the money back?
