Amazon kick me out

Is this how Amazon working?
I created my first listing 2 months ago. The product started selling well. In 2 months my product was on the first page and has many good reviews.
2 weeks ago Amazon asked me approval request. I made this request and today I got this answer:
"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
Thank you for contacting Amazon. In response to your question about approval to sell B0…, we are currently not accepting applications to sell these items.
We will not be able to provide any further information at this time."

I was waiting this answer over 2 weeks. In this time my listing was suspended and 2 days ago I got an email that my inventory will be automate removed because I didn’t sell anything for 15days. This is so stupid…

I was working vary hard.
I didn’t sleep many nights running the course, choosing the product and creating the listing.
I spent about 5000 pounds.
I have about 1400 units of product.
My Trade Mark is almost ready.
Now Amazon kicked me out, no explanation, no reason, no humanity…

If you guys have any idea what can I do, please help me.
I’m desperate…

You’ve had a pretty rough time on Amazon - multiple accounts, multiple suspensions and now this.

Can’t really offer any advice without knowing the product, but from your post history it may be you had listed in the wrong category and Amazon has now moved it to the right one which has triggered the approval requirement.

Hi, we sell in this category, I noticed Damel mention you have had multiple problems in the past my thoughts initially are is there something you have missed out from what you have told us please be honest - have you had any other issues in regards to this category or product.
After looking at the product reviews it sounds good packing is not great nor is title but it certainly could be a potential mover in this saturated market.

Guys, right now I got the answer for my case. It’s below:

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for contacting Amazon. In response to your question about approval to sell ASIN: B086K47MDD, we are currently not accepting applications to sell these items.

In order to help our customers better find the products they need during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have increased our controls on new product listings for certain Personal Safety and Household products, such as disposable Face masks, Hand sanitizer, Disinfectant wipes and sprays, Isopropyl alcohol, gloves, Soap, Paper products, Thermometers, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Pulse oximeters, Over-the-counter medicines and supplements and related products.

The following ASIN have been correctly identified as one of the above products and have not been reinstated:

Please refer to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/U5H4KPBMUFE6XHH?referral=A3SGZ1441ERWKO_A2WTKJSQHQHYPZ&referral=A2PN5JYWMI5WHK_A2NI1WD14OIYZJ for additional information.

We will not be able to provide any further information at this time.

In this case I would request you to please create removal order and take the units back so that this would stop the units from being destroyed by the fulfilment team.

Your reviews look sketchy as… Defo friends/family or incentives given…

I dont think there is much you can do now. I did successfully appeal one of my products being removed under the same thing but it was actually a greetings card rather than a prohibited item.

You have the following in your product description:
“100% vegan, cruelty-free, PETA approved, paraben free and gluten free”.
Normally, listings require certificates to prove your product conforms to these claims. A similar situation exists when claiming a product is 100% recyclable.
Also, anything COVID related, even if you don’t mention it, is being controlled extremely strictly to prevent sellers capitalising on the pandemic. The bots may see your product as claiming its a mask. If you can’t edit your listing i.e Key Features and product description, then remove it asap and get your stock back and sell elsewhere until the pandemic passes.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Moving forward with 1400 units; I will suggest selling on Ebay, opening up your own store (if not sure how, try shopify), run facebook ads and google ads.

Maybe you can consider to hire a lawyer to talk to the performance team. That might be more efficiency and work.
