Amazon message system is crap

The Amazon message system is really crap.
Customers sometimes don’t get messages because the messages are going to their email address or the customer has opted not to receive any message and most of them don’t check emails resulting in A-Z Claims and negative feedbacks.
Amazon should improve on messages. Really rubbish.

If there is an issue with an order and you reply to the customer it allows the message to go through so maybe just customer not responding
