Amazon Return Requests
Hi,
We have several return requests, so I send a return label which the customer can use so they won’t be charged for the shipping costs. But I also that those labels never have been used. For example I received a request on the 25th of August but there is still no movement on the Track and Trace.
How long does the customer have the time to return a product? Do they have a period of 14 days after delivery to return the package for example, or do I always have to refund a return?
And after making the refund, how long does it take until it’s back on the customers account?
Thanks in advance!

Please note that once you authorize a return, the buyers will often decide not to go ahead with it and eventually keep the merchandise.
But in general, buyers on Amazon can open A-Z claims until up to six months after order date and this is the deadline until which you will be expected to process any authorized and delivered return with a refund.
Refunds take at least four hours to through, but your buyers may have to wait a few days to receive their funds.

I’m interested to know how you send the return labels - is that an amazon function?
