Amazon saying my UPC/EANs are owned by another company

Hi,

I am a SME and manufacture a lot of my own products (various mdf products). I am registered with GS1 through which I have assigned my Amazon products a GTIN.

Everything was fine up for a couple of years, until a few months ago where a lot of my listings were taken down. Amazon have said that these UPC/EANs belong to Fila USA, Inc.

I have provided my GS1 certificate which shows that the UPC/EANs are owned by my company as they all start with my company prefix. I have contacted Amazon seller support and there has been a lot of messages back and forth but they keep coming back to “these UPC/EANs are owned by Fila USA, Inc. Please provide a valid GS1 certificate or provide new UPC/EANs.”

The UPC/EANs are unique lasered MDF cut outs that have absolutely nothing to do with Fila nor their business. The GTINs for these were created through GS1.

Has anyone experienced this before or can anyone provide some guidance as it seems like I’m not getting anywhere with seller support at the moment.
