Amazon seller contact

Hi All, I am new here, just signed up recently and already having lots of issues. However, it is almost impossible to contact someone from Amazon and discuss your concerns, as opposed to the normal side for buyers where one can chat or get an instant call from someone. Is there a number or a chat service for the sellers, as well??? I am sick and tired of having to wait for someone to reply to messages for ages. And not to mention, that when you are lucky enough to speak to someone, they have a damn attitude problem. Is this a genuine business, or is Amazon turning also into another online scammer?? What has happened to the good old Amazon we once knew?

You’ll probably find you’ll have more joy posting your issues on here. SS tends to be a waste of time, whereas there’s a wealth of practical experience on here to be shared.

You can get call back as long as you pay the £30 a month fee for the Professional selling plan (that is not the same as a Business Seller Account), otherwise you have to simply open a case with Seller Support Help.
As Isabella says, the best place for help/advice is on here. SS have been known to give out totally wrong advice, and most of their replies are just cut and paste responses, and often ambiguous at the best of times.
Have to say that most sellers on here would say that the support is the worst of any big company.

Have you been through Seller university. I would use that as a starting point then any questions these forums are allot better than Seller support.

On amazon you really have to be self sufficient and not expect much from SS.
