Amazon Small Business Badge - Help please
Hello, I’m trying to apply for the small business seller badge. After contacting Amazon to request this I was told to request a Dun and Brad street Number (DUNS).
Which I have now done and I have received my DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet.
I have sent my DUNS number to Amazon, But just keep getting the following reply:

Unfortunately, we have been unable to determine if your business qualifies as a Small Business Brand, as we were unable to evaluate your business’s annual revenue and employee count.
We require more information to resolve the issue. I kindly request you to provide the below documents;
To help us evaluate your business’s eligibility, we ask that you request a Dun and Brad street Number (DUNS);
A unique identifier assigned by the third-party entity, Dun & Bradstreet, that is used to verify the existence of a business entity. Commercial, non-profit, and government entities, including self-employed individuals, are eligible for a DUNS Number.
The Dun & Bradstreet D U N S Number is a unique nine-digit identifier for businesses and can help us evaluate Small Business Brand eligibility.

What am I doing wrong, as far as I can see I have the number Amazon requested. But they are not acknowledging it.
