Another A to Z thread!
I am seriously considering leaving Amazon for the 2nd time in 7 years.
I hate scammers with a passion and I know when someone is at it.
Problem is Amazon always side with the scammers.
I had a customer message on the 20th to say " NOTHINGS ARRIVED " ( very pleasant )
I replied saying the estimated delivery date is the 24th Nov. I couldn’t check tracking as RM tracking was down at the time.
I got another message on the 23rd saying " WHATS HAPPENING WITH MY ORDER ?? " ( still full of the joys of spring )
I then checked the tracking and it showed the item delivered on the 18th Nov. It also has the GPS coordinates of the item when delivered. I phoned RM and they confirmed the gps was right at the property. This item is a large letter and fits straight through the letterbox so the person didn’t even have to be in to collect. He also told me he lives alone so no one could steal it in the house.
I replied back explaining all this but he was adamant he did not get his order.
So being the good guy I am I decided to send a replacement… ( as he had me so nice in his previous messages )
Then yesterday I get an A to Z for not receiving his order or receiving his replacement
A to Z granted and customer refunded and my guess also has both of the items in his house.
If this very thing happened on eBay it wouldn’t cost me a second thought as it shows delivered and thats the end of it. Completely different story on amazon as we all know and see on the forum on a daily basis.
Amazon really need to nip this in the butt because it will only get worse as more and more people find out how easy it is to scam sellers on amazon.

Whilst I understand your frustration, why on earth did you resend the item after those messages?
Especially considering the tone of them.
It’s virtually guaranteed, that they will do this to you.
Are they fully tracked, or just scanned at delivery with standard post?
If they are, then you should be able to appeal the A-Z anyway.

We are experiencing this right now. A customer has opened an A-Z for ‘missing order’ from months back even though we have signature proof that it was delivered. Amazon always sides with the customer, do they even investigate these a-z claims? does not seem like it as we are about to be £200 out of pocket, again.

Yes our A-Z had more in past 2-3 weeks than most of the year.
3 this week alone - non claim all with proof of delivery all lost. And another opened this morning.
Buy box rating down and this is most likely caus.
It’s absolutely horrendous. My only saving grace is that other amazon buyers are paying the price as our prices are up to factor it in.

We’ve had a couple of these recently. We’ve appealed providing proof of the agreed resend and delivery of the replacement but only got the ODR reversed.
