Is anyone else having problems attaching images for SS cases?
I need to provide proof for several ASIN’s (as Amazon catalogue have the incorrect brand for the ASIN) and I can add 2 images (all under 500 Kb) but when I get to add the 3rd I get the message that it’s over the 10mb limit.

From what I remember, there were occasions when I was unable to include file attachments with my cases or e-mails sent to Amazon due to their file size limit.
In such case, I would advise you to compress the size using one of the numerous free tools which are available on the internet.
Also, it is possible that the problem would get fixed once you clear your cache and cookies or switch to a different browser.

Yes that is what I thought so each image I compressed down to 500k each (so only a total of 2mb)
Always clear cache and cookies if I come across an issue as 9 times out of 10 that is usually the issue but not in this case.
