Are sellers allowed to use another seller image by changing it?

A seller has been taking my images (and some other good sellers images) twisting and using them.

We are brand registered, and I am trying to report it, but I keep getting rejection.

Images are not designed protected, but they shouldn’t be allowed to just take my images and use it!
Is there anything I can do about this?

Surely if they are using your images, they are of your brand?
As such, what good are they to another seller?

Amazon has just accepted it and removed the images.

Hopefully it won’t happen to anyone but if it happens, you need to select ‘Copyright: Text’ under Brand registry.
