Are they serious
Hi All. Received an order but there was no persons name on it, just an address of a large company. So, using my initiative I thought I would use the buyers name…unfortunately not as due to the Amazon policy only “Mr” was showing. Contacted seller support. Their suggestion…address the parcel to “the buyer” !!! bound to reach the customer eh?

Words fail me - this new policy of no names is the most ridiculous thing I have come across in ages.
How does it possibly protect the customers personal information ?

Some of my orders show the buyer’s name, some just show Mr, but if I click on the order number itself I can see the full name and address, are you not seeing that?

Unfortunately because the buyer did not put a name in the address title, just the business address. So I dare not send it without a name as for sure it will get lost and I will suffer an A-Z claim

Hi
If messaging customer doesn’t get a positive response, the phone is the only other alternative to asking seller/customer support to message them…
Undeliverable address…

Long winded for a single order, but you could run and download an order report, the buyers name is on there

I know you’re not meant to but have you tried the telephone number on the order?

I find if I open the packing slip it’s on there but not the actual postage label… go figure that one out in amazons logic

Cancel order and state “undeliverable address”

Just post it as is.
With most large companies now, all post goes and are opened at the post room and is delivered internally. (Terrorism). The buyer will check with the post room.
Make sure you post with track and signed.
