ASIN converted to FBA but still having FBM orders?

ANyone know why this would happen?

SHows as FBA in seller central with 0 stock available but stock incoming. I have however somehow sold an item as FBM. Thankfully I have more stock but don’t understand why it shows to a customer as both FBA and FBM options?

Check your manage inventory page where you will find the fbm listing and showing stock. Change that to zero to stop fbm orders, if that’s what you want.

This has just happened to us, 3 FBA orders have sold over night but as FBM, we have no FBM offers for the products, we don’t have the stock here so can’t fulfil the orders.
Has anyone managed to get to the bottom of how its happened and how to fix it?
