ASINs not searchable - please help!

Hello,

many of our ASINs are became unsearchable when you type the ASIN in the search bar for all categories. We checked and found out that they are marked as adult products - but they are not. We are selling them for more than 5 years. We contacted support to unflag products - they told us that they did it, but the ASINs are still not searchable. And when we check with the tool for adult products in Help section - we still see that they are marked as an adult. What should we do? Any ideas on how to escalate this issue because we create more than 30 cases and no one of our products is searchable?
