Automated mails?

Hi everyone,

I read that you can setup 3 follow-up mails for customers that buy from you on Amazon. I was wondering where i can make these mails as I can’t seem to find a tab/link that directs me to where I can build automated mails on Seller Central. Or is it Amazon that sends unadjustable automated mails and I need a third party software for automated mail setup?

Thank you

Third party software is required. I use Jump Send which is pretty good but it does cost. I’ve also tried Feedback Five which have a free plan with up to 50 emails per month.

Amazon automatically send out emails to customers to confirm you’ve dispatched an order. They also send emails to confirm return requests and refunds you’ve processed.
The return request confirmation email is fully customisable, the rest are automatically customised with a handful of details, such as your seller name or contact details.
To expand on this you would have to use 3rd party software.
You can setup email templates that you can send quickly (but not automatically), an explanation of this is here:

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Seems that Amazon does the necessary follow-up than. Is it really necessary than to use 3th party software for automated mails if customers already receive 3 mails? Better to use only Mailchimp on the company website than.

Can I look at the standard Amazon automated email templates somewhere on the Seller Central (haven’t bought from Amazon myself) to see what they look like?
