Best way to handle VAT

Hi everyone!

We just added our VAT on our Amazon products and I was wondering how it works. Do the customer pay the VAT at the checkout or the VAT price is included in my sale price and will be taken off from there?

The customer pays the inclusive price - same as in a shop

I see, I think I should increment the price then otherwise my profit margin will go down by a 20%.

Hopefully it won’t affect the listings sales too much…
