Brand Issues
Hi all
I have a brand registered on Amazon from a previous business (now closed). Our new company, with new Amazon seller account is trying to register the brand name.
However, Amazon says the brand is already registered and they are waiting for the brands administrator to confirm us being added to it. But, I am the admin, and as the old Amazon account is closed I can’t access to deal with this.
Is there a workaround at all?

Unfortunately I believe (although it’s too late) that if you ceased trading under one company, but were transferring everything to a new company, you should’ve also transferred the amazon account
I don’t believe you’ll regain access to that brand with a closed account

Are you using the original email address to make the enquiries? They won’t do anything if you are not using the email address first associated with the brand registry.
