Brand Registry Help With Seller Using Our Name?

Hi Guys, Can someone please help who has brand registry knowledge, as with all Amazon support I find to navigate the various issues difficult to understand. First of all we are brand registered but our concern is a seller from the ES website called Comprebien who show in their shopfront as being suppliers of our products who do not have our permission to use our name, let alone have our products, so what part on the brand registry do we report this to?

Just to make things more complicated they keep changing our product images and title headings, they advertise our products at ridiculously low prices with daft delivery prices and some of our golfing accessories have images of Wardrobes, vacuum cleaners and teatowels. If we stopped them from using our name would this stop our items being compromised?

I have tried to find this Comprebien but they seem to sell only vegetables and legumes in glass jars? Is that the website you are referring to? You speak of golfing accessories.

Difficult to know how to advise if you provide such limited information. You do not say if they are selling on Amazon you simply mention a Spanish website name. Naturally, Amazon would have no interest in a website selling your products only if a seller is selling your products on Amazon.

I take it you mean like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Golfers-Lilac-Mercia-Golf-Large/dp/B077J4QV7G/ref=sr_1_9?m=A14642MC8FO5VA&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P&qid=1567064406&refinements=p_4%3AMercia+Golf&s=merchant-items&sr=1-9

Did you Brand Register in ES as well? I believe you need to be brand registered in each marketplace. Also unless I am mistaken I think your trademark is only a UK trademark. Without an EU trademark protection and EU marketplace Brand Registration I think you’ll find kicking this person off harder.
