Buy Amazon Shipping - No A-Z Amazon Protection as per their own Policy
We recently switched to Amazon Buy shipping not only for VTR, but also to gain the protection against A-Z claims affecting our Account Health . This is clearly stated in Amazon’s own Policies as below

" A-to-z Guarantee claims : If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims."
But despite this we found that even though a buy shipping label was purchased, an A-Z has still counted against us.
On contacting seller support and also A-Z appeal they have both turned down our request to remove the defect and stated they will no longer accept communications on the subject. Email to Managing Director also gone unanswered.
Seems we are expected to follow every policy Amazon introduce to the letter but they will not follow their own !!!
Have any other sellers had the same issue or are they being removed as in line with policy ?
