The Amazon rule says I am not allowed to put a link to my own website on product pages, which makes sense, but does not mention anything about a link to an Amazon store page.

No. The listing belongs to Amazon, not you, so linking to your store would be counter-productive. Customers can already click through seller details to find your other offers.
Just like PeterB says, product descriptions or bullet points are not supposed to include any seller-specific information.
