I was using buy shipping, but because of issues with it lacking automation in selecting correct shipping services for premium shipping and international, amongst other reasons... we switched over everything back to Royal Mail Click & Drop instead. We use mostly Royal Mail 48 standard (untracked) for our large letters and parcels which only has a delivery scan. I understand if using buy shipping it's exempt from VTR, is this also the case for Click & Drop if the delivery scan number is imported into Amazon? I am going to be extremely annoyed and disappointed if this is still the case/if I have to switch back for an insane reason like this!
I heard they validate in the background, but can I really trust this?
I read the VTR policy again and it says:
"To calculate VTR, we take the total number of eligible seller-fulfilled shipments that you ship with a valid tracking ID in each category and divide it by the total number of shipments you shipped and confirmed over a 30-day period."
"Where do I find the parcel ID if I use Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48?
If you use Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 to deliver your parcels, you must provide the unique parcel ID, located above the 2D barcode on the label."
It sounds like it might be okay now? not sure though...
